What's for Dinner?

Green Salad, Tri-color Pepper Quinoa, Basil Tilapia

Here's what I had for dinner last night! It was delicious and filled me up :-)


Calories: 300
Fat: 8mg
Protein: 23g
Carbs: 25g

Key thing to remember: easy on the dressing! There's so much flavor in all the other components of the dish you really dont need any dressing! But if you must use straight Balsamic vinegar (Trader Giotto's is pretty good :P)
